Returns and Exchange

At Wedge Essentials, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Using our Shopify-powered automated returns system, you can easily manage returns or exchanges by following the simple guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for returns or exchanges if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Sale or promotional items are final and only eligible for return if defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Automated via Shopify)

  1. Visit the orders page.

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange, clearly specifying the reason.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to receive your return label and further instructions.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Wedge Essentials will cover the return shipping.

 

Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you'll receive an email notification regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you’ll be offered a refund or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, altered, or damaged items by the customer.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale," clearance, or liquidation promotions.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.
